Nets host the Wizards with 15-point same season revenge on their minds here tonight. With New Jersey 15-8-1 ATS in this series, including 10-3-1 ATS on this court, I`ll stay with the Nets here this evening.
Go New Jersey!
Good luck!
The Phoenix Suns should have no problem outscoring the Los Angeles Clippers. It goes without saying that the Phoenix Suns have the much better offense. The Phoenix Suns are scoring an average of 109.6 points per game. On the other hand, the Los Angeles Clippers are scoring an average of only 93.1 points per game. This shows that the Phoenix Suns have a huge advantage on the offensive end. Also there is big problem with injuries in Clippers. The favorite is 16-5 ATS in the last 21 meetings between these teams, and we see the favorite (Phoenix Suns) getting another win tonight!
Going with Phoenix (-14)!
Good luck!
Pistons on a roll having won six straight and eight-of-nine. They have covered all nine. Indiana off its feed with two losses in its last three games including a 107-95 loss at Atlanta the day after Christmas. The Detroit Pistons hold the much superior defense when compared to the Indiana Pacers. The Indiana Pacers (when playing on the road) are allowing opponents to score an average of 104.1 points per game, while the Detroit Pistons (when playing at home) are allowing opponents to score an average of only 85.1 points per game. This means that the Detroit Pistons defense is allowing opponents to score an average of 19 points per game less then the Indiana Pacers defense. The Detroit Pistons are 11-2 when playing at home this season, and should be able to get another blowout win tonight!
Taking Detroit (-9.5)!
Good luck!
Portland is 10-2 ATS their last 12 games and they are 7-1 ATS vs. an opponent that allowed 100 or more points in their last game. The Trailblazers are 60-39 ATS after allowing 80 or less points in their last game. Minnesota is 5-18 ATS off a straight up loss in a game where they were an underdog and covered ATS. The Timberwolves are 5-16 ATS after scoring 100 or more points in their last game and they are 1-3 straight up and ATS their last 4 games at Portland.
Go Portland!
Good luck!
Houston Rockets at Memphis Grizzlies
McGrady will be out, but Yao, Bonzi, and Francis are all good to go. The Rockets are facing the second worst defense in the league tonight, in Memphis. The Grizzlies rank 29th in the NBA in defensive FG%, allowing over 47% from the field. They are also 29th in the NBA in ppg allowed, giving up over 105 ppg. The Rockets should be able to put up points in the one, even without T-Mac. As for the other end of the floor, the Grizzlies play at a fast pace and are solid offensively. They rank 8th in the league in scoring, averaging close to 102 ppg. Three of the last four meetings have gone over this number, including the last two. I am calling the winner over 100 with the loser not too far behind.
Expecting OVER 195.5!
Good luck!
