Toronto Maple Leafs at Carolina Hurricanes
Toronto has lost 3 of their last 4 while the Hurricanes have won 3 of their last 4. The Maple Leafs are 6-14 in their last 20 games. In their last 34 road games Toronto is 9-25. The Hurricanes haven't had a very good season so far but they are playing a Leafs team that is on the verge of being blown up and this is a game Carolina can easily win. Carolina is 12-5 in their last 17 vs. a team with a winning % below .400. Carolina has won 2 of the last 3 meetings.
Taking Carolina!
Good luck!

Los Angeles Kings at New York Islanders
The Isles are struggling right now and desperately need a victory. LA should represent the perfect opponent. Although they have played better in 2008, the Kings still have the fewest points in the league. While the Kings managed to surprise a couple of "good" teams over the past few weeks, they're an awful 6-21 (-18.9) when facing a team with a losing record. Looking back further and we find them at a money-burning 40-59 (-30.2) against teams with a losing record the past few seasons. During the same stretch, the Islanders have managed a respectable 53-44 (+2.9) mark when facing a team with a losing record. It should be noted that the only thing that kept me from releasing the Islanders as a "guaranteed" selection was that they had several players miss practice with the flu yesterday.
Taking New York!

Boston is just 13-33 against the money line (-16.1 Units) revenging 2 consecutive losses to opponent as a favorite over the last 2 seasons; 1-9 against the money line (-9.1 Units) off 2 or more consecutive home wins over the last 3 seasons.
Taking Ottawa!

Vancouver Canucks at Tampa Bay Lightning
Vancouver is 21-6 last 3 years in non-conference games. Tampa Bay is 1-6 this year after 3 or more consecutive overs. Vancouver is 8-2-2 SU overall vs Tampa Bay since 1996. Canucks are 15-2-1 in their last 18 vs. Southeast. Canucks are 11-3 in their last 14 games as a road favorite of -110 to -150. Canucks are 14-5 in their last 19 games as a road favorite. Canucks are 44-18-3 in their last 65 vs. Eastern Conference. Lightning are 6-14 in their last 20 overall. Lightning are 7-19 in their last 26 after scoring 2 goals or less in their previous game. Lightning are 8-23 in their last 31 games as an underdog. Lightning are 2-6 in their last 8 games as a home favorite. Lightning are 2-6 in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Lightning are 2-6 in their last 8 games as a favorite. Lightning are 1-4 in their last 5 vs. Western Conference. Lightning are 1-6 in their last 7 games playing on 1 days rest. Lightning are 1-7 in their last 8 home games. Lightning are 0-4 in their last 4 Thursday games. Lightning are 0-4 in their last 4 games as a home underdog. Canucks are 5-0-2 in the last 7 meetings.

Pittsburgh Penguins at Atlanta Thrashers
Pittsburgh has lost 2 straight while the Thrashers have dropped 5 in a row. The Penguins have won 5 of their last 7 road games. The Penguins are 10-4 in their last 14 games overall. In their last 13 games vs. a team with a losing record the Penguins are 9-4. The Thashers have lost 4 of their last 5 home games. In their last 22 games vs. team's from the Atlantic Divsion the Thrashers are 6-16. Atlanta is 9-21 in the last 30 meetings between the club's.

Chicago Blackhawks at Colorado Avalanche
The Avs will have "payback" on their minds as the Hawks have already beaten them twice this season. Playing on home ice, should provide an excellent opportunity to have their "revenge." While, the Blackhawks have won 10 of 23 road games this season. the Avalanche have won 17 of 26 games at home. Despite dealing with injuries, the Avs have remained competitive this month. The Hawks, on the other hand, have really struggled the past few weeks, going just 4-9 in 2008. That brings them to an ugly 10-29 (-17.2) in January the past few seasons.

Jazz have won and covered five straight. They are 19-3 at home, 15-7 ATS. Knicks tried valiantly last night at the Lakers but faded in the fourth: don't expect them to have much left here for revenge-minded Jazz squad that lost to the Knicks in New York back in November.

San Antonio Spurs at Seattle Supersonics
Gregg Popovich's crew lost last night in Utah, and yes, the Spurs have struggled in the past 6 weeks. But most of their misfortune has come against winning teams (1-9 last 10). The Spurs are doing OK vs. the foes they should beat. And off a loss last night, San Antonio will be primed to make amends vs. these young Sonics. For technical support, consider that NBA road favorites priced from -5 to -11 points are a solid 135-76 ATS since 1990, if our road fave is off a SU loss and has a win percentage greater than .600, and our home dog's win percentage is less than .400. Look for an old-fashioned blowout tonight.
Taking San Antonio (-7.5)!
Good luck!
Detroit Pistons at Indiana Pacers
Pacers return home off embarrassing loss to Miami, a game in which the Heat halted a 15-game losing streak at Indiana's expense. Meanwhile the Pistons enter off a home revenge win over Orlando with yet another revenge game on tap at home against the Lakers this Thursday. Our database reminds us that the Pacers are 5-2 SU & ATS in this series when playing with double-exact revenge. Look for the hungry host to come up big against the satisfied visitor in this letdown/lookahead special this evening.
Taking Indiana (+7.5)!
Good luck!
Atlanta Hawks at Phoenix Suns
Hawks young and athletic enough to run with the Suns and give them some trouble. Suns not as deep as in years past. Ex-Sun Joe Johnson can give his young teammates pointers on playing his old club.
Taking Atlanta (+8.5)!
Good luck!
Milwaukee Bucks at New Jersey Nets
New Jersey is in a tailspin right now, losing nine straight and covering the spread only once in that streak. Half of those losses were by double-digits. Now, team leader Jason Kidd is giving up and asking to be traded. We don't like their chances against a Milwaukee squad that is starting to turn things around (won 2 of 3), and are coming off an upset win against Washington the last time out.
Taking Milwaukee (+5.5)!

The Senators are 9-4-2 in their last 15 games. In their last 62 games vs. Atlantic Division opponents the Senators are 40-22. Ottawa is 36-16 in their last 52 games following a win. New York has lost 4 straight at home. The Senators are 15-3-3 in their last 21 visits to Long Island. The Islanders are 7-31-6 in the last 44 meetings between the clubs.

Pittsburgh Penguins at New Jersey Devils
Pittsburgh is ranked 23rd in PP killing allowing opponents to score at a 19.5% clip. Note that NJ is 19-7 against the money line (+9.7 Units) against poor power play killing teams with the opposition scoring on >17.5% of chances this season.
The Devils and Penguins went Under their last three meetings, and there’s no reason tonight should be any different. With the Under 7-2 last nine Pens games. Both the New Jersey Devils and the Pittsburgh Penguins have been going Under with regularity lately, and I expect more of the same tonight. The Devils have actually been a good Under team all season, as it is 27-14 in all Devils games on the year. Furthermore, the Under is a scorching 21-9-8 in their last 38 games overall. Yes, this is a low total, but New Jersey home games are averaging a combined 4.83 goals this season, and the last three head-to-head meetings between these teams all went Under with none of those games exceeding five goals. Now, the Penguins are better known for their offense, but the Under is 7-2 in their last nine games overall. The have been getting great goaltending from Ty Conklin, who is the probable starter tonight. Conklin is 10-2-2 with a nice 1.97 GAA and a .941 save percentage. I look for another defensive struggle tonight with both goalies and defenses controlling the action.
Taking New Jersey!
UNDER 5!

New York Rangers at Carolina Hurricanes
The All-Star break can affect teams differently, but Carolina should be ready to get back to business tonight when the Hurricanes host the New York Rangers at the RBC Center. The All-Star break in any sport can cause major and unexpected momentum shifts at the start of the second half, and this is especially true in hockey. Carolina of course is the leader in the Southeast Division, and the Hurricanes were enjoying a strong season and a larger lead on the field before the flu felled them in mid-January and sent them into a lethargic funk of poor performance and losing results. But they are now sure to be recovered from that, and with star center Eric Staal coming off of a flashy showing in the All-Star game, the Hurricanes are likely to be eager to get back to their winning ways.
The Rangers are a decent team, but to my eyes, not one with a profile that warrants being only a small road underdog to a potentially top-tier foe. The Rangers ended the first half with two straight home wins over shaky Atlanta, but prior to that they were really struggling. Furthermore, the Rangers’ problems in general have been more pronounced on the road of late. Goaltender Henrik Lundqvist has lost his last 7 road games in a row, with a GAA approaching 4, and the Rangers in fact have the fewest road goals on the year in the entire Eastern Conference, which may give a break to iffy-at-times Carolina goaltender Cam Ward.Taking

San Antonio Spurs at Utah Jazz
The Spurs had yesterday off after losing 102-78 vs. New Orleans on Saturday. The Jazz, on the other hand, played last night at Houston, "upsetting" the Rockets by a 97-89 score, while listed as slight underdogs. Those results should favor the visitors this evening. The Spurs are 4-1 SU/ATS the last five times that they were coming off a double-digit loss and 18-9 SU/ATS in that situation the past three seasons. Note that the Spurs are also 32-5 SU the last 37 times they were coming off a game in which they scored 85 points or less, going 24-13 against the number. Meanwhile, the Jazz are 3-8 SU and 4-7 ATS when playing the second of back to back games this season. Looking back further and we find the Jazz at just 4-12 SU/ATS the last 16 times they played the second of back to back games. Additionally, note that the Spurs are 10-3 SU/ATS the last 13 games in this series.
The Jazz (26-18) look for their fifth win in a row overall and ninth straight at home on Monday when they host the Spurs. But coming off an embarrassing loss at home by the hands of the Hornets, I expect the Spurs to come out firing on all cylinders tonight. It’s interesting to note that the total has gone OVER the number in 7 of the last 8 games these teams have played together and I expect more offensive fireworks tonight.
Taking San Antonio!
OVER 193.5!
Good luck!
Charlotte Bobcats at Los Angeles Clippers
Points are a bonus here. Improving Bobcats look to tip off their five-game road trip with a win. Wallace and Richardson give them scoring punch, Felton gives them point guard play and Okafor a presence in the paint. Clippers in a season-long struggle without Brand and Livingston. They allowed 106 or more points in five of their last six games. Charlotte has lost three-of-five but two of those were home vs. San Antonio and Dallas. Wallace had a poor shooting night in their Saturday loss to Philadelphia so look for him and team to bounce back big tonight.
Taking Charlotte!
Good luck!
Denver Nuggets at New Orleans Hornets
Denver in a tough scheduling spot having played and lost last night in Dallas. It did get the cover, its third straight. New Orleans though has won and covered eight in a row. Home clubs with six or more consecutive covers are 29-8 ATS since 1996 when playing a road team with 2 or more consecutive covers.
Taking New Orleans!

Cleveland Cavaliers at Los Angeles Lakers
Cleveland is 5-1 SU and ATS in their last 6 games. In their last 16 games as a dog of 0.5 to 4.5 the Cavaliers are 13-3 ATS. In their last 34 games as a road dog Cleveland is 24-10 ATS. The Lakers are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 games. The Lakers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning SU record. The Lakers do have Bryant but his supporting cast on Bynum, Radmanovic, Ariza and Mihm are all hurt and out of the lineup. The Cavaliers are 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings.
Taking Cleveland (+4.5)!
Good luck!
Phoenix Suns at Chicago Bulls
Early Sunday match and finale of a four-game road swing for the Suns. As that begins they are 14-8 on the road and 15-2 versus Eastern Conference teams. That includes a 112-102 home win over the Bulls back on November 15. It was the sixth win in the last seven games for the Suns in the series. The only win the Bulls have in that span came last February 11 in Phoenix by a 116-103. Of course, Steve Nash didn't play in that one so the Suns have won the last six from the Bulls when Nash plays. Chicago made its coaching change early this year but continues to struggle. As the week begins it is 16-23 overall, 8-11 at home and 3-10 vs. Western Conference clubs.
Taking Phoenix!
Good luck!
Utah Jazz at Houston Rockets
The Rockets have lost the glare that shot them out of the gates with six wins in their first seven games to start the season back in November. A combination of reasons have led to their return to mediocrity, with the seemingly never-ending injured Tracy McGrady right at the top of the list. Tonight's game sets up nice for the Jazz as they catch Houston off a satisfying upset win at Portland, looking dead-ahead to a double revenge (17 and 19-point losses) affair with Golden State. Given the Rockets 7-14-1 ATS mark as favorites of 7 or less points this season, and Utah?s 16-9 SU & 17-8 ATS mark with revenge from a loss of 8 or more points in this series, look for the Ming Dynasty to take another hit this evening. KEY STAT: Utah is 12-1 ATS in its last 13 games with revenge from a double-digit loss.
Taking Utah (+3)!
Good luck!
Sacramento Kings at Seattle SuperSonics
Sacramento is 3-1 straight up and 4-0 ATS their last 4 games at Seattle and they are 11-4 ATS their last 15 road games. The Kings are 13-5 ATS after losing two of their last three games and they are 8-2 ATS after allowing over 125 points in their last game. Seattle is 19-33 ATS when playing their eighth or more games in fourteen days. The Sonics are 2-7 ATS as underdogs of 4.5 or less points and they are 2-6 ATS when playing with one day of rest.
Taking Sacramento!
Good luck!
Atlanta Hawks at Portland Trail Blazers
These teams combined for 220 points when they faced each other at Atlanta on Martin Luther King Day. While that game would have been relatively high-scoring anyway, it's worth noting that 20 of the points occurred in overtime. With today's game being played at Portland, I'm expecting a significantly lower final score. While the Hawks have seen the "over" go 11-11 in games played at Atlanta, they've seen the "under" go a profitable 14-4 when playing on the road. Most recently, the Hawks and Sonics combined for 189 points at Seattle, staying below the number by double-digits Conversely, the Blazers have seen the "over" go 12-10 on the road but have seen the "under" go 15-6 in their 21 games played at home. Most recently, the Blazers and Rocket combined for a mere 168 points. Naturally, that game finished well beneath the total. Note that the Blazers have seen the UNDER go 4-1 after scoring 85 points or less and 7-2 when coming off a double-digit loss.
Taking UNDER 183.5!

The under is 5-1 in their last 6 games as a road dog of +5.0 to +10. The under is 16-5 in San Antonio's last 21 games. The under is 9-4 in their last 13 games vs. Western Conference opponents. The under is 5-0 in their last 5 games as a home favorite. Expect a good defensive battle.
Taking UNDER 182.5!
Good luck!
Philadelphia 76ers at Charlotte Bobcats
Bobcats return home off last night's battle against the Bulls in Chicago to host the Sixers in a matchup of unrested teams. Playing at home without rest has actually been a benefit for Charlotte as evidenced by their surprisingly sharp 20-5-1 ATS mark in their expansion history. In addition, they'll look to avenge a 31-point defeat suffered earlier this season from a 94-63 loss at Philadelphia (their worst loss of the season). Considering they've yet to lose the money at home in this series (5-0 ATS), look for the Bobcats to continue their winning ways here tonight.

Both teams have won 8 of their last 10 games SU. On the road the Lakers are 11-7 SU and 10-8 ATS. LA is 5-2 in their last 7 games as a dog. In their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning record the Lakers are 7-3 ATS. Dallas is 10-21-1 ATS in their last 32 games following a win. Dallas is 5-13-1 ATS in their last 19 games vs. Pacific Division opponents. The Lakers are 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings between the teams.
Taking Los Angeles (+7)!
Good luck!
Orlando Magic at Detroit Pistons
The Magic takes their act into the Motor City Friday night with major revenge on their minds from a 24-point whipping suffered earlier this year against the Pistons, their worst loss of the season. Meanwhile the Pistons return home after having snapped a 3-game losing skid when they got past Philadelphia, 86-78, Wednesday evening. With Orlando a true road warrior this season at 17-9 SU & 19-7 ATS away from home, and Detroit looking dead ahead to a 12-point revenge loss with the Lakers, I like the Magic's chance to improve on its 6-0 ATS mark in games with same season revenge when playing off back-to-back wins in this series tonight. With that Detroit drops to 1-7 ATS in Laker lookaheads as Orlando pulls off another Magic act on the road tonight.
Taking Orlando (+7.5)!
Good luck!
Milwaukee Bucks at Toronto Raptors
This is a very difficult scheduling spot for the Bucks, who are coming off a game vs. Indiana last night. In addition to the "back to back" situation, the Bucks will also playing their fourth game in five nights and fifth in the past seven. That's as grueling as it gets in the NBA. Note that the Bucks, after a tough loss on Tuesday vs. the Suns, are just 7-13-1 ATS (6-15 SU) the last 21 times they played the second of back to back games. Unlike their guests, the Raptors had last night off. In fact, this will be just their second game in the past five days. Heading into Wednesday's game at Boston, the Raptors have covered five of their past seven games. They'll be playing with "revenge" here as they were blown out at Milwaukee back in November. They'll have the fresher legs and should be able to earn a convincing victory.
Taking Toronto (-9.5)!
Good luck!
Houston Rockets at Portland Trail Blazers
Portland is 26-16 ATS this year including going 15-5 ATS at home. The Trailblazers are 11-3 ATS after committing 14 or less turnovers and they are they are 14-5 ATS after forcing their last opponent to commit 14 or less turnovers. Houston is 13-28 ATS vs. in games vs. team with a with a winning record in the second half of the season the last two plus seasons. The Rockets are 7-18 ATS off a loss by 6 or less points and they are 6-17 ATS off 3 or more straight wins.
Taking Portland!
Good luck!
New Jersey Nets at Denver Nuggets
Nets have lost seven in a row and failed to cover in all but the last. They have dropped the first four of their six-game road trip, losing last night at Golden State. They are 3-12 ATS when playing against a team with a winning record this season, are not very deep and are caught in a back-to-back spot as they climb into the thin air in Denver.

Over their last 10 games Portland is 7-3 SU and ATS. The Trail Blazers are 20-6 ATS in their last 26 games overall. In their last 21 games vs. Western Conference team's the Trail Blazers are 15-6 ATS. In their last 14 games as an underdog they are 10-4 ATS. New Orleans has been red hot of late but the line is too big vs. a good Portland squad. The Hornets are 11-9 ATS at home, not overly impressive. The Hornets are 2-4 SU and ATS in the last 6 meetings between the clubs.
Taking Portland (+7.5)!
Good luck!
Orlando Magic at Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis has won and covered four-of-five in this series including a 123-119 December 15th win in Orlando as a 11.5-pt. underdog. Orlando has dropped four-of-five on the road and seems more likely to have a letdown here after big home win over Detroit. ORLANDO is 45-73 ATS in road games revenging a home loss vs opponent since 1996 while Memphis, which beat Chicago 104-90 on Monday, is 46-25 ATS off a home win by 10 points or more since 1996.
Taking Memphis!
Good luck!
Los Angeles Lakers at San Antonio Spurs
The defending champs return home Wednesday night looking to avenge a loss suffered in their most recent game against the Lakers. The number that jumps out in this game is the fact the Spurs are 19-5 ATS at home with revenge in games against an opponent off a win of 15 or more points in its last game. Los Angeles got past Denver Monday night against the wounded Nuggets in their first win since blossoming star C Andew Bynum went down with a knee injury. Look for San Antonio to present a much tougher challenge here tonight.
Taking San Antonio!
Good luck!
Houston Rockets at Seattle SuperSonics
Houston is 18-7 ATS after failing to cover ATS in 3 of their last 4 games and they are 5-0 ATS their last 5 road games. The Rockets have won their last 4 games vs. Seattle. The Sonics are 5-13 ATS off a road loss and they are 3-12 ATS off 2 straight road games. Seattle is 3-9 on Wednesday and they are 1-5 ATS when playing with one day of rest.
Taking Houston!

Washington Wizards at Cleveland Cavaliers
Both clubs are playing well with Washington winning and covering 5-of-6 and the Cavs having won four in a row while going 3-1 ATS. The last three were on the road and the Cavs are 4-13 ATS in home games after playing 2 consecutive road games over the last 2 seasons.
Meanwhile Washington is 15-3 ATS after covering 2 of their last 3 against the spread this season and 5-3 ATS its last eight trips to Cleveland.

Atlanta Thrashers at New York Rangers
Atlanta has played the over in 3 of their last 4 games. The over is 4-0 in their last 4 road games. The over is 6-1 in their last 7 games vs. a team with a losing record. The Thrashers have played over the total in 4 of their last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. The over is 10-1-2 in the Rangers last 13 games vs. a team with a losing record. The over is 4-0 in their last 4 vs. Southeast Division team's. The team's have played the over in 4 straight meetings.
Taking OVER 5.5!
Good luck!
Minnesota Wild at Calgary Flames
Calgary has dominated Minnesota here, going 9-1 the last 10 meetings here and 15-4 the last 19. The schedule favors the Flames, who had the last few nights off, as the Wild won at Vancouver last night.
Taking Calgary!
Good luck!
New Jersey Devils at Philadelphia Flyers
The Flyers are red-hot this month and coming off a very strong 6-1 win over the Senators. Play Philadelphia on the moneyline at home tonight vs. the New Jersey Devils. The Flyers are the superior team here at home Tuesday night and they are 11-5 after scoring four or more goals in their previous game this season. Philadelphia is a red-hot 7-2 in January and averaging five goals per game over their last five games. The Flyers' powerplay is converting at 24.8% at home this season and 35.7% over their last five games while the Devils' powerplay is converting at just 10% over their last five while averaging just 2.4 goals per game. The Flyers are coming off a huge 6-1 home win against perhaps the best overall team in the NHL (Ottawa Senators), and they will remain hot tonight at home at very good value.
Taking
Philadelphia!Good luck!
New York Islanders at Carolina Hurricanes
Off a tough 3-2 loss in OT last night at home in New York, look for the Islanders to be seeking revenge on the road in the rematch tonight against the Hurricanes in Carolina. In the NHL, the Islanders and Hurricanes played a tough game into OT on Monday out on Long Island, with the 'Canes pulling out a 3-2 win. I see a similar kind of close game as likely in the rematch in Carolina on Tuesday. These two teams look to be quite evenly matched, with relatively little home/road disparity. Carolina is 24-23-4 on the year, while the Islanders are 23-19-6, and their respective home/road splits are very comparable. Both sides’ goaltending may be in for a rough night in this game. Carolina’s starter Cam Ward has a GAA of almost three, and a save percentage under .900 which has contributed greatly to the Hurricanes having given up the second-most goals in the league. Islanders starter Rick DiPietro has fared better on the year, but has struggled badly against Carolina recently. Both goaltenders may suffer from fatigue here, but I see Carolina’s goaltending problems as more permanent and serious, and I think it will leave them especially vulnerable in this situation. DiPietro has also proven this year that he is capable of playing well on back-to-back games. New York was actually leading by two goals going into the third period on Monday, but let the game slip away. They are sure to be looking to bounce right back and extract a measure of revenge here, which is something they will be quite capable of achieving.
The Islanders are a great Under team in general, as it is 30-15-3 in all games this season and 35-17-3 in their last 55 games stretching back to last season. That is what happens when you combined a struggling offense that is averaging just 2.40 goals per game this season with one of the best young goaltenders in the game in Rick DiPietro. Now the Hurricanes have a much more potent offense, but the Under is still 17-7-3 in their last 27 games vs. the Atlantic Division. Perhaps most importantly, the Under is 24-8-2 in the last 34 head-to-head meetings between these clubs, including 2-0 so far this season. Both games this year saw a total of five goals scored, and I do not expect this game to exceed that total.
Taking
Islanders!

Buffalo Sabres at Phoenix Coyotes
Both team's come into this one struggling but the Sabres have spiraled out of control. The Sabres are 1-11 in their lst 12 games. Buffalo is 2-6 in their last 8 games vs. a team from the Western Conference. The Sabres are 0-9 in their last 9 games vs. a team with a winning record. Buffalo has lost 7 straight on the road. Buffalo is 2-8-3 in the last 13 meetings between the clubs.
Taking Phoenix!

Detroit Pistons at Orlando Magic
Detroit looks to shed a two game losing streak when they take on the Magic in Orlando this evening. The good news for the Piston is that they've dominated the Magic of late in this series, winning 13 of the last 14 games straight-up on the court, including nine consecutive wins in a row. Detroit also finds themselves in one of their best roles as they are 17-3 SU & 16-4 ATS in games off back-to-back SU favorite losses, including 6-0 ATS in non-division battles in this role. And check out Orlando's horrific mark as a home dog in SU losses when playing off a win: 1-15-1 ATS in their franchise history.
Taking Detroit!
Good luck!
Seattle Supersonics at Houston Rockets
Houston ripe for a letdown after returning T-Mac to the lineup and beating San Antonio in its last. HOUSTON is 47-72 ATS in home games versus poor teams - outscored by their opponents by 3+ points/game since 1996. In addition, HOUSTON is 27-49 ATS as a favorite of 10 or more points since 1996 while SEATTLE is 35-19 ATS in road games after 3 or more consecutive losses since 1996.
Taking Seattle (+12)!
Good luck!
Cleveland Cavaliers at Miami Heat
Play on dogs that are cold teams failing to cover the spread in 12 or more of the last 15 and is now facing an opponent after having covered 4 or 5 of their last 6 against the spread. Cleveland is in a weak role knowing that they are just 3-11 ATS after covering 2 of their last 3 against the spread this season.
Taking Miami (+3.5)!
Good luck!
Denver Nuggets at Los Angeles Lakers
Andrew Bynum was having a breakout season for LA, before injuring his knee last Sunday. He is averaging 13.1 points, 10.1 rebounds and 2.1 blocks while leading the NBA in field-goal percentage (63.6). However, he is expected to miss about eight weeks due to a dislocated kneecap and a bone bruise. The Lakers have struggled the past two games without him. They needed overtime last Monday to beat Seattle, which has lost 10 straight and owns the league's third-worst record. Three days later, LA had a seven-game win streak snapped and never led in a 106-98 home loss to Phoenix, as Kwame Brown (5.3-5.1) had a rough night. The former No. 1 overall draft pick had eight points and six rebounds but his third-quarter meltdown got Lakers fans riled up. Brown blew a dunk and committed four of his seven turnovers in that period before exiting the game for good with 3:50 left after committing his fifth foul. Brown was heavily booed by the LA crowd and would not speak to reporters after the game. Brown doesn't figure to have much success tonight either, as he matched up against Marcus Camby, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year who leads the league with 3.9 blocks per game while averaging 9.2 PPG and 14.3 RPG. The Nuggets enter this game having lost three straight away from home and Denver is the only division leader with a sub-.500 road record (7-10). However, I believe the Lakers are a little vulnerable right now and after losing twice to LA already this year, I'm calling for one of Denver's better road efforts of the season in this contest.
Taking Denver (+3.5)!
Good luck!
Chicago Bulls at Memphis Grizzlies
Chicago is 24-49 ATS last 3 years and 2-11 ATS this year in non conference games. Memphis is scoring 101.4 points per game overall and 105.7 points per game at home this year. Memphis is 7-3 SU and 8-2 ATS at home vs Chicago since 1996 including 2-0 SU and ATS at home vs Chicago last 3 years. Bulls are 25-51-1 ATS in their last 77 vs. Western Conference. Bulls are 7-16 ATS in their last 23 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game. Bulls are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 Monday games. Bulls are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games following a ATS win. Bulls are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a SU win of more than 10 points. Bulls are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a SU win. Bulls are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 vs. NBA Southwest. Bulls are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 days rest. Grizzlies are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a ATS loss. Grizzlies are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a SU loss. Grizzlies are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games following a SU loss of more than 10 points. Home team is 12-2 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Favorite is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings. Bulls are 1-6 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Memphis.

Toronto Maple Leafs at New Jersey Devils
Although NJ is a big favorite for this game they are not in a strong role. NJ is just 7-9 against the money line (-12.4 Units) in home games against terrible defensive teams allowing 3+ goals/game in 2nd half of the season over the last 2 seasons.
Taking Toronto (+1.5)!
Good luck!
Anaheim Ducks at Dallas Stars
Yesterday, the Stars returned home from a five-game trip that took them through the West Coast for the final three games. This afternoon they’ll play their third game in four days and the tail-end of back-to-back afternoon games and if they were out of gas yesterday they might be running on fumes today. Furthermore, the Ducks are on fire with six wins in a row and they’ve scored four or more goals in all of them with the exception of one. The Ducks actually look better then they did last season and after losing five straight at this venue they’re going to show the Stars whose boss.
Taking Anaheim!

New Jersey Nets at Phoenix Suns
Prior to last night's the game the under was 9-6 for the Nets on the road. New Jersey had played the under in 3 of their last 4 games. The under is 4-1 in their last 5 vs. Western Conference team's. The under is 5-1 in their last 6 as a dog. Phoenix has played under the total in 5 straight games. The under is 11-4 in their last 15 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. The under is 6-1 in New Jersey's last 7 trips to Phoenix. The under is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings overall between the clubs.
Taking UNDER 213.5!

Buffalo Sabres at Toronto Maple Leafs
Sabres ending their 10 game losing streak last night with a big 10-1 win but come into this one on back to back night's and with the injury bug to some key players. Leafs have won 2 straight and look for a 3rd in a row tonight vs a tired Sabres team. Teams have split the season series thus far. Buffalo struggles on the road to score, just 2.3 goals/game.
Taking Toronto!

New York Knicks at Miami Heat
New York has played much better basketball with Stephon Marbury no longer in the picture. While they dropped one last night, I expect a return to the win column in Miami. The hapless Heat have now dropped 12 in a row and they're absolutely horrible in this situation, to say the least. Miami is laying points again. After last night's loss, they're now 2-9 SU, 1-10 ATS when installed as a home favorite. Miami is old and banged-up and it really shows in the second of back-to-back nights, where they're 2-9 SU, and on the wrong side of an average score of 104-96!
Taking New York (+3.5)!
Good luck!
Toronto Raptors at Philadelphia 76ers
Toronto has now won and covered five-of-six while Philadelphia is 1-8 S/U and 2-7 ATS its last nine. Raptors also a remarkable 18-5 ATS in Philadelphia and 44-24 ATS in a road game where where the total is between 190 and 194.5 points since 1996.
Taking Toronto!
Good luck!
Detroit Pistons at Chicago Bulls
Pistons invade the Windy City off last night's puzzling 100-93 loss as double-digit home chalk. They also play with double revenge from a pair of losses suffered this season in this series. Our database tells us Detroit shines in this role, going 16-5-1 ATS on the road off a straight-up home favorite loss the previous night since 1990, including a perfect 3-0 SU & ATS when they are playing with same season loss revenge. That ties in nicely into the Pistons' 6-0 SU & ATS road record with seeking revenge for two same season losses exact, and their 6-0 ATS road record without rest against an unrested opponent. Look for Chicago to drop to 2-7 SU and 1-8 ATS this season in games against unrested opposition tonight.
Taking Detroit!
Good luck!
Sacramento Kings at Indiana Pacers
Kings getting healthy and can now actually throw a deep team at people. Clubs played last Saturday at Arco Arena. Pacers jumped out to a big early lead as the Kings committed 11 first quarter turnovers then held on for a 111-106 win as a 2.5-point underdog. Kings have held their own versus Eastern Conference clubs (9-8 S/U) and on their last East coast road swing recorded just one win in three starts but three point spread covers. Pacers concluded their recent West coast road swing with back-to-back wins over Sacramento and Golden State but before that had dropped eight-of-nine. Kings look to build off surprise Friday night win in Detroit.
Taking Sacramento (+3.5)!
Good luck!
