Atlanta has played the over in 3 of their last 4 games. The over is 4-0 in their last 4 road games. The over is 6-1 in their last 7 games vs. a team with a losing record. The Thrashers have played over the total in 4 of their last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. The over is 10-1-2 in the Rangers last 13 games vs. a team with a losing record. The over is 4-0 in their last 4 vs. Southeast Division team's. The team's have played the over in 4 straight meetings.
Taking OVER 5.5!
Good luck!
Calgary has dominated Minnesota here, going 9-1 the last 10 meetings here and 15-4 the last 19. The schedule favors the Flames, who had the last few nights off, as the Wild won at Vancouver last night.
Taking Calgary!
Good luck!
The Flyers are red-hot this month and coming off a very strong 6-1 win over the Senators. Play Philadelphia on the moneyline at home tonight vs. the New Jersey Devils. The Flyers are the superior team here at home Tuesday night and they are 11-5 after scoring four or more goals in their previous game this season. Philadelphia is a red-hot 7-2 in January and averaging five goals per game over their last five games. The Flyers' powerplay is converting at 24.8% at home this season and 35.7% over their last five games while the Devils' powerplay is converting at just 10% over their last five while averaging just 2.4 goals per game. The Flyers are coming off a huge 6-1 home win against perhaps the best overall team in the NHL (Ottawa Senators), and they will remain hot tonight at home at very good value.
Taking Philadelphia!
Good luck!
The Islanders are a great Under team in general, as it is 30-15-3 in all games this season and 35-17-3 in their last 55 games stretching back to last season. That is what happens when you combined a struggling offense that is averaging just 2.40 goals per game this season with one of the best young goaltenders in the game in Rick DiPietro. Now the Hurricanes have a much more potent offense, but the Under is still 17-7-3 in their last 27 games vs. the Atlantic Division. Perhaps most importantly, the Under is 24-8-2 in the last 34 head-to-head meetings between these clubs, including 2-0 so far this season. Both games this year saw a total of five goals scored, and I do not expect this game to exceed that total.
Taking Islanders!UNDER 5.5!
Good luck!
