Houston Rockets at Boston Celtics
The Celtics have certainly had a terrific start to the season. However, asking them to lay double-digits against a tough Houston team is a little much, even without McGrady in the lineup. While the Celtics have been playing superb defense this season, the Rockets have played well on that side of the ball for years. Currently, they rank sixth in the league, allowing 94 points per game. Playing well defensively obviously helps when trying to cover a big number. Therefore, it's no huge surprise to learn that the Rockets are a highly profitable 17-6 ATS the last 23 times that they were listed as road underdogs in the +9.5 to +12 range, including a 5-1 ATS mark in that role since 2005.
